AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THIS IS A BIG SCAM, THEY TOOK MY MONEY QUICK ENOUGH BUT, NOW WEB SITE FROZE AND TELEPHONE LINE DISCONECTED, I WENT AS FAR AS RINGING WEST YORSHIRE POLICE, AND FROM WHAT I CAN GATHER THEY THINK IT A SCAM AS WELL, ANBODY WHO HAS ORDERED FROM THEM, I THINK SHOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CARD COMPANY, AS I DON’T THINK YOU WILL BE RECEIVING ANY WINE OR CHAMPAGNE

I ordered three dozen bottles of champagne from surplus wine following their half page advert in the Telegraph. I received a call from a protected number to say that the delivery would be made on friday March 26th between noon and 16.30 hrs and that my card was being debited accordingly. The money has been taken but the wine was not delivered, despite the delivery address being occupied from 11.00 to 17.00 on the appropriate day.The original phone number is no longer in use and their web site says that they are sold out but they would appear to be a bunch of crooks whom a long standing member of the the Yorkshire and North East Wine Association have since advised me to ‘avoid like the plague’

This is a swindle! The people involved have been found guilty of fraud.
